I spent many years as a chef working for UK catering companies that specialise in Thai food for the mass market.

Chefs love to show off!
I was often to be seen on a Saturday night in a large and busy Thai restaurant with woks sizzling and blazing with sudden sheets of flame accompanied by the furious clattering of metal implements as I kept the stir-fry pans whirling.

It was pure theatre and the customers loved it and came back for more.

However, my Thai Catering London service is a lot more sedate. These days I carefully prepare special menus after discussing requirements with my customers  (you can see two of my menus HERE)

I like to talk things over with my customers. Sometimes they want to have a special menu created just for their party – to suit them and their guests. That’s the value in a bespoke service.

Everything is flexible and can be fitted around your needs and circumstances.
